A downloadable game

Powered by Pokemon is a improvisational TTRPG based on the Powered by the Apocalypse system. Many aspects were lifted from Michael Sands Monster of the Week game.

In this game, most of you are stepping into this world as a human, a trainer! People who face the trials and tribulations of life with a pokemon partner by their side. One of you will be The Professor. The Professor will be in charge of starting you down the path of your story, bringing the world to life and portraying the People and Pokemon you meet.

In the download is the Instructions PDF, blank Playbooks and Move sheets.

How I should create a trainer?

(+1)

I'm going to update this with a newer version soon with some tweaks better explanations and details for trainers :)

And now you have my attention

Some stuff from testing:

- Investigate and Strategize feel preety simmilar, especially witchout playbook's Moves; I think it can be melted into Search For Answers or something simmilar

- Trust interact with pokemon's roll in way that making it higher or lower depending of how much your pokemon trust you sound good on paper but it making problems with explaining how the hell instructing a pokemon that didn't trust you make his attack less effective. I guess it should emulate obeyness but it doesn't...

- Shake Off and Use Pokeball are typically bad pbta moves where you can win or fail witchout additional effects; plus, 7-9 result begging for "pokeball did not broke" option

  - If player did not planning to fight with pokemon themself then Tough and Buff are dump stats in some way
